About NashikTourism.com

An independent, free travel guide to Nashik and the Kumbh Mela 2027 — built by people who love this city and want to help you experience it fully.

Our Mission

"To be the most honest, most practical and most useful guide for anyone visiting Nashik — whether you are a first-time pilgrim attending Kumbh Mela 2027 or a curious traveller discovering the ghats, the vineyards and the ancient caves for the first time."

Why We Built This Site

Nashik is one of India's most layered and fascinating cities. It is simultaneously a sacred pilgrimage destination — home to the Godavari river, Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga and the Kumbh Mela — and a modern Maharashtra city with India's finest wine country, ancient Buddhist caves and remarkable food.

When we started planning coverage of the Kumbh Mela 2027, we found that most information online was either outdated, generic or written by organisations with something to sell. There was no independent, practical and free guide that simply told pilgrims and travellers what they actually needed to know — real timings, real costs, real transport options, honest advice.

So we built one. NashikTourism.com was created to fill that gap. Everything on this site is written to be genuinely useful — not to rank for keywords, not to push affiliate products, but to help real people make real decisions about visiting Nashik.

Who We Are

NT

NashikTourism.com Editorial Team

Maharashtra-based Travel Writers & Researchers

We are a small team of Maharashtra-based travel writers, researchers and Nashik enthusiasts. We have visited Ramkund at 5 AM, walked the lanes of Panchavati, tasted wines at Sula, climbed the steps of Pandavleni Caves and made the road trip to Trimbakeshwar — so that every guide we write is based on real experience, not copied content.

We are not a travel agency. We do not sell tour packages. We do not take commissions from hotels or transport operators to recommend them. Our guides reflect our honest experience and research.

We are pilgrims and travellers ourselves. Kumbh Mela is not just a subject to write about — it is an event we have followed, researched and in some cases experienced personally. We approach every article with the same question: what would I want to know if I were planning this trip?

What Makes Our Guides Different

📍

Hyper-Local Detail

We write about actual timings, actual auto fares, actual ghat rules — not vague generalisations. If we don't know something precisely, we say so.

Independently Written

No PR copy, no sponsored fluff. Every article is written by our team based on research, on-ground knowledge and honest assessment.

🛍

Always Free

Every guide on this site is completely free. No paywall, no subscription, no registration required. We believe travel information should be accessible to everyone.

🔄

Regularly Updated

Nashik Kumbh Mela 2027 details are confirmed and updated as new information becomes available from the NTKMA and Maharashtra government.

What We Cover

A Note on Accuracy

We work hard to keep our information accurate. The Kumbh Mela 2027 details — particularly dates, infrastructure and crowd management — are based on official announcements from the Nashik-Trimbakeshwar Kumbh Mela Authority (NTKMA) and the Maharashtra government. Where information is preliminary or subject to change, we say so clearly.

If you spot an error or have updated information, we genuinely want to know. Use our contact page — we read every message and update our guides accordingly.

Advertising and Revenue

NashikTourism.com is an independent publication. We are supported by display advertising (Google AdSense) and occasional affiliate partnerships with travel booking platforms. When we include booking links, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This never influences what we recommend — our editorial decisions are made independently of any commercial relationships.

We do not accept paid editorial content or sponsored recommendations disguised as editorial. If something is sponsored, we say so clearly.
